- Founded a studio framed as a sequence of hypothesis-led experiments. The pattern: write the question first, ship narrow, publish a continuation note or post-mortem either way.
- Currently running two experiments in beta (Wren) and ideation (Olllo); deferred a third (AI conversational interface, H-04) until v1 of the studio's public properties is locked.
- Following the VP of Design's departure, held sole design quality authority across the 80-person design organization: the single approver on 160+ design reviews across all product areas, including ventures and AI.
- Built three design teams from zero (Design Systems, Content Design, Internationalization), growing the group to 16 ICs and 2 managers while the design org expanded from 12 to 80.
- Founding PM, designer, and systems architect for the Ascent Design System: roughly 1,000 design tokens, 50+ net new components, and 2,203 of ~2,700 legacy form components replaced.
- Led design strategy for the company-wide internationalization initiative: French shipped in Q2 2024 as the platform's first non-English language, followed by five more languages by Q3 2024.
- Ran growth experiments, including a free-to-paid conversion test that lifted 28-day conversion +0.7% absolute and went GA.
