I lead product design at Hi Marley, where I’m consolidating the front-end onto one design system, designing AI-native experiences end-to-end, and shipping production code alongside engineering. Before Hi Marley I led design teams at Klaviyo and Vertex, and built design orgs from zero at both. I founded Hypoth, a small studio for AI products, where we write the question first and ship narrow.

A studio for AI products. We start each one with a question we can't stop thinking about, then build an experiment to test it.
As fractional interim VP, held the design quality bar across an 80-person product org and represented design at PRD approval. Ran growth experiments, including a free-to-paid conversion test that lifted 28-day conversion +0.7% absolute and went GA. Built three teams from zero (Design Systems, Content Design, Internationalization), including the Ascent Design System.
Built and led the Experience Design team from zero. Created the design system. Interfaced with C-level on platform consolidation across biology, chemistry, clinical, and exec knowledge management.
